Job duties: Analyze existing business procedures and practices, and make recommendations to management and client to introduce more effective information technology business process and methods of operations. Evaluate business functional requirements and organizational systems, perform data gathering, gap analysis and review, present recommendations, design and development of implementation processes, as well as documentation of the same. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both business needs and industry requirements. Interact and work with team of software professionals to implement design changes. Research and keep abreast of latest developments on management tools, models and methodology to devise most efficient methods of operations.Temporary travel required to client sites throughout the U.S.

Job duties: Assist to Plan, develop, test and document computer programs using Technologies like Microsoft Dotnet, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, ASP.Net WEB API, JavaScript, JQuery, Telerik Kendo UI, HTML5, CSS3, C#, SQL Server and applying knowledge of programming techniques, best practices and computer systems. Evaluate User Request for a new or Modified program and determine feasibility, cost and time required compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Consult with user to identify current operation procedures and clarify program objectives. Prepare flow charts and diagrams to illustrate Sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operation involved. Analyze, Review and alter program to increase operational efficiency or adapt to new requirement. Write manual for users to describe installation and operational procedures. Provide technical assistance to program user.

Job duties: Collect requirement specifications and analyze business process with solutions, and map process flow to determine the exact nature of user’s system requirements to improve capabilities. Create processing steps and design new systems in accordance with user’s requirements. Interact with IT professionals, such as software engineers and programmers to develop data migration tools and attend to ad-hoc issues related to day-to-day activities. Work closely with IT professionals throughout the implementation and testing phases, to set up test environments and test data for a timely and exhaustive project testing. Assist programmers to debug or eliminate errors from the system. Prepare specifications, flow charts, and process diagrams for programmers to follow. Develop and maintain systems documentation such as design specifications, user manuals, technical manuals, description of application operations, and methodology documentations. Participate in technical collaboration meetings and provide project management team with periodical reviews on implementation status as well as weekly reports on task plan for custom software implementations.
